Arun Kumar Gautam is a committed social reformer, educator, and visionary leader who has dedicated more than fifteen years of his life to empowering underprivileged children through education and skill development initiatives. His social journey began at the grassroots level in the underserved communities of Sunder Nagri, where he voluntarily started teaching children living in economically challenged conditions.
Over the past 15 years, Mr. Gautam has personally educated and mentored more than 10,000 children residing in slum settlements and marginalized areas of Delhi. Many of these students have successfully progressed toward higher education and stable careers, transforming not only their own lives but also supporting their families and communities.
While working closely with these communities, he witnessed families struggling to fulfill even their most basic necessities. Despite possessing extraordinary talent and determination, many promising children were unable to continue their education due to financial constraints and lack of opportunities. This harsh reality deeply influenced his vision and strengthened his resolve to bring lasting change.
Moved by the challenges faced by these talented yet deprived children, Mr. Gautam took a determined pledge to create a sustainable platform that would nurture hidden potential and provide equal opportunities for growth. This vision led to the establishment of Pratibha Secure Trust, an organization committed to ensuring that no talent remains unrecognized due to economic limitations.
Under his leadership, Pratibha Secure Trust focuses on education support, skill development, talent promotion, and community welfare programs aimed at building confidence, self-reliance, and dignity among individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Mr. Gautam firmly believes that every individual deserves the opportunity to spread their wings and achieve their dreams. Through Pratibha Secure Trust, he continues to work toward creating an inclusive society where talent is empowered, skills are secured, and aspirations are transformed into achievements.

The head quarter of the society is located in Delhi, Address - 1180 Janta Flats GTB Enclave Near Roopa Dairy Delh
